Küresel Ekolojik Zorluklar Çağında Anayasacılık Sempozyumu
İstanbul Barosu, Uluslararası Anayasa Hukuku Derneği (IACL), Karşılaştırmalı Çevre Hukuku Uluslararası Merkezi (CIDCE) ve Anayasa Hukuku Araştırmaları Derneği (Anayasa-Der) iş birliğiyle düzenlenen “Küresel Ekolojik Zorluklar Çağında Anayasacılık” Uluslararası Sempozyumu, 5-6 Haziran 2026 tarihlerinde İstanbul Barosu Av. Orhan Adli Apaydın Konferans Salonu’nda gerçekleştirilecektir.
İklim değişikliği, biyolojik çeşitlilik kaybı, çevresel bozulma, çevre hakkı, iklim davaları, ekolojik anayasalılık, uluslararası insan hakları hukuku ve çevresel adalet gibi günümüzün en önemli hukuk ve kamu politikası meselelerinin ele alınacağı sempozyumda; Türkiye’den ve dünyanın farklı ülkelerinden anayasa hukukçuları, çevre hukukçuları ve akademisyenler bir araya gelecektir.
İki gün sürecek etkinlik kapsamında çevresel anayasalılık, iklim yönetişimi, mahkemelerin çevre krizleri karşısındaki rolü, çevre hakkının korunması, uluslararası yükümlülükler ve çevresel adalet konuları çeşitli oturumlarda tartışılacaktır.
Sempozyuma katılım ücretsiz olup katılımcılara katılım belgesi verilecektir.

ANNOUNCEMENT
The International Symposium on “Constitutionalism in an Age of Global Ecological Challenges” will be held on 5–6 June 2026 at the Av. Orhan Adli Apaydın Conference Hall of the Istanbul Bar Association, Istanbul, Türkiye.
The symposium is jointly organized by the Istanbul Bar Association, the International Association of Constitutional Law (IACL), the International Center for Comparative Environmental Law (CIDCE), and the Association for Constitutional Law Studies (Anayasa-Der).
Bringing together constitutional scholars, environmental law experts, legal practitioners, and researchers from different countries, the symposium will address some of the most pressing legal and public policy challenges of our time, including climate change, biodiversity loss, environmental degradation, environmental rights, climate litigation, ecological constitutionalism, international human rights law, and environmental justice.
Throughout the two-day event, participants will engage in discussions on ecological constitutionalism, climate governance, the role of courts in addressing environmental crises, the protection of environmental rights, international legal obligations, and environmental justice from comparative and interdisciplinary perspectives.
Participation is free of charge, and certificates of attendance will be provided to all registered participants.

Le colloque international intitulé « Le constitutionnalisme à l’ère des défis écologiques mondiaux » se tiendra les 5 et 6 juin 2026 à la Salle de conférence Av. Orhan Adli Apaydın du Barreau d’Istanbul, à Istanbul, en Turquie.
Ce colloque est organisé conjointement par le Barreau d’Istanbul, l’Association internationale de droit constitutionnel (IACL), le Centre international de droit comparé de l’environnement (CIDCE) et l’Association de recherche en droit constitutionnel (Anayasa-Der).
Réunissant des spécialistes du droit constitutionnel, du droit de l’environnement, des praticiens du droit et des chercheurs provenant de différents pays, cette rencontre scientifique abordera plusieurs enjeux juridiques et politiques majeurs de notre époque, notamment le changement climatique, la perte de biodiversité, la dégradation de l’environnement, les droits environnementaux, les contentieux climatiques, le constitutionnalisme écologique, le droit international des droits de l’homme et la justice environnementale.
Au cours de ces deux journées, les participants débattront du constitutionnalisme écologique, de la gouvernance climatique, du rôle des juridictions face aux crises environnementales, de la protection des droits environnementaux, des obligations juridiques internationales ainsi que des questions de justice environnementale dans une perspective comparative et interdisciplinaire.
La participation est gratuite et une attestation de participation sera remise à tous les participants inscrits.
